Cultivating Healing
Peace; when I say us, US as in GOD, my ancestors and spirit guides who heavily walk with me daily through my life and practice. I am Teaira Mack the Owner and conduit of Rooted Vibrationz Holistic healing studio we are located in Columbia/Cayce, SC. I am an Intuitive Herbalist, Certified Reiki practitioner and Meditation teacher. I am Originally from Orlando, FL. Military life brought me to SC. I have a 9 year old highly intuitive son. I was born into a very spiritually gifted family. I began diving deeper into my Spiritual journey in 2018 while being on a job my spirit became too big for, battling Anxiety, Depression and transitioning into the roles of being a new Wife and mother. Reiki healing, Inner child healing, shadow work, herbalism, meditation, and crystal healing has helped me improve my mental health, confidence and connection with self, nature, and god the universe. Life is the greatest teacher and all of my experiences in life have been to enlighten, uplift and heal others.
