Service Description

Each small meditation session will be held in our wellness studio suited with a humidifier to ensure clean fresh air and effective breathing. Take an hour to yourself and drop your little one off for this 1 hour class. This class is limited to only 8 children, this will create a direct interaction, and ensure participation and understanding of meditation, mindfulness and breathing properly. Each class Children will learn age appropriate meditation techniques, they will also get hands on experience with Sound healing instruments and Activities that aid in mindfulness. All activities or field trips is included in the price. Every child will receive a special crystal gift for participation. Cancellation Policy

You must cancel your Herbal consultation and Reiki Sessions ATLEAST 24 hours before you are scheduled. You will have the option of rescheduling for any service within 30 days no call no show will NOT be refunded and a new appointment and deposit is required. NO REFUNDS, STORE CREDIT ONLY available case by case
