We warmly invite you into a sacred and supportive space created especially for parents who have experienced the loss of a child. Rooted in Love is a gentle healing circle designed to offer comfort, connection, and emotional restoration among those who truly understand the journey of grief. This gathering honors your child’s memory while providing a safe environment to breathe, reflect, and simply be held in community. Through guided mindfulness, sound healing, reflection, and compassionate support, participants will be encouraged to release tension, nurture their hearts, and reconnect with moments of peace — at their own pace. There is no expectation to share, speak, or participate beyond what feels comfortable for you. Your presence alone is enough. During this experience, you may receive: ✨ A peaceful and judgment-free healing environment ✨ Guided relaxation and grounding practices ✨ Sound healing for emotional support ✨ Community connection with other parents What to Bring (Optional): • A photo or small item in remembrance of your child • Journal or notebook • Comfortable clothing • Yoga mat, Light blanket or towel Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow yourself time to settle into the space.
