Directions
Pour 8oz of boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons of herbs. Let steep for 15+ minutes. Strain and drink. 1-3 times per day. Sweeten with Lemon or raw honey(DO NOT USE SUGAR). Drink warm or room temperature.
